ThePad On Harvard Tops Out

The final touches are being put on ThePad on Harvard, College Park's first new multifamily project in 40 years. Last Friday, HLB Gross Collins' Beth Salvate and Britney Turner were on hand during the topping off celebration for some King of Pops ices. ThePad, a JV between Air Realty Partners and HJ Russell, is a mixed-use TOD just a football punt away from the College Park MARTA station, and will include 109 apartment units. Future phases will include 75k SF of office.
