Resource REIT Fund Buys Buckhead Multifamily

Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT II has bought into the Buckhead multifamily market. The REIT released information with the SEC on last month's purchase of Uptown Buckhead, a 216-unit apartment project off Roswell Road near Powers Ferry Road. The company paid $32.5M for the property (not including nearly $900k in acquisition fees), according to docs. The seller was not disclosed.
