Radco Buys Again

Radco Cos didn't give us much breathing room. The firm just purchased Morningside Apartments, a 306-unit property in Doraville, for $13.5M on the heels of its purchase of Ashford Ridenour. First Tennessee Bank helped raise the financing for the Morningside acquisition, and Radco expects to invest an additional $6M to update the property, and rename it Ashford Walk. “It has been neglected, but it has good bones, modern layouts and is a great location,” Radco's Norman Radow says. This is Radco's second Atlanta buy in as many weeks. We reported here on its purchase of Ashford Ridenour in Kennesaw.
