ARA Newmark Brokers 392 Apartment Units

The Milestone Group has doubled down on Atlanta multifamily sales. The Dallas firm sold two of its Atlanta apartment assets: Villas at Indian Trail, a 236-unit property in Lilburn, for $14.3M, and Shannon Chase, a 156-unit apartment project in Union City for $7.3M. Atlanta-based Mesa Capital purchased Villas at Indian Trail while NC-based Triangle Real Estate bought Shannon Chase. ARA Newmark's John Weber, Bill Shippen and Chad DeFoor brokered the transactions. The trio—along with ARA Newmark's Dan Phelan and Bo Moore—are also awaiting offers April 10 for the Villas at Hampton, a 224-unit, 20-acre apartment project off Tara Boulevard in Hampton.
