Mill Creek Making Moves for Modera Midtown

Dallas-based Mill Creek Residential is moving forward on plans for a Midtown apartment complex. The firm has filed permits with the City of Atlanta to seek construction of Modera Midtown, a planned 435-unit apartment complex with 12,300 SF of street-level retail at 90 Peachtree Place, bounded by 8th and Williams streets.

This project follows very closely on the heels of Mill Creek's Atlanta debut of Modera Morningside, a 300-unit apartment project at 1845 Piedmont Ave just off Cheshire Bridge Road in Morningside. Like the Midtown project, Modera Morningside includes 32k SF of street-level retail, this time, anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market. It's set to open for leasing this fall, according to Mill Creek's website.
