Massell Talks Buckhead Apartment Boom

Leave it to Buckhead Coalition Prez Sam Massell to let the cat out of the bag. According to an article this week in Buckhead View, Sam says that there are 30 different projects in planning stages, under construction or renting in Buckhead—encompassing 9,422 units. We snapped a pic of Sam during Buckhead, Atlanta's opening last month—ironically, a retail driven development. Although, yes, there are apartments, too.
