Lennar Multifamily is moving forward on its 13th Street project.
The firm filed permits to both demolish existing structures and begin land work on a 27-story, 307-unit apartment tower across from the Mayfair Renaissance and a block away from the Park Vue Condominiums. It's a project we first reported about here. According to documents, Lennar's project will total nearly 525k SF. The high-rise apartment project will be built upon a seven-story parking deck as well.
Lennar is one of a number of developers rolling the dice on Midtown multifamily projects, including The Related Group's 38-story Spring Midtown, Trillist Cos' Yoo on the Park, and Post Properties' Post Midtown.
