A flex office near trendy Armour Drive could see itself become a multifamily mixed-use project. We caught wind that Hailey Realty is attempting to rezone 655 and 685 Lambert Dr from straight commercial to multifamily mixed-use designation. The property is currently owned in a partnership with investors from Alabama and Atlanta. “The whole site is under contract right now,” says Hailey's Brad Pope, but he declined to identify with who. It's supposed to close by this summer. So there's the mystery: Who's gonna do this redevelopment project?
