An Atlanta-based multifamily developer looks to be finally taking a gamble at a new Juniper Street project. Southeast Capital Cos filed permits seeking to begin construction on its Juniper & 5th project, a six-story, 158-unit apartment complex off Juniper and between 4th and 5th streets in Midtown. We first reported plans by Southeast Capital here. With such amenities as a rooftop pool, developers write that the project "will address and amplify the growing enthusiasm and thus demand for a more urban, walkable lifestyle" on its website. No date of delivery has been issued.
