Two high-rise apartment projects are seeking City of Atlanta approval. JPX Works and AMLI have filed permits with the city for two multifamily high-rise projects in the heart of Midtown. AMLI filed permits for its planned AMLI Arts Center, a 30-story, 351-unit apartment tower at 1240 West Peachtree, the same spot that presidential hopeful Donald Trump once touted a Trump Tower.
JPX Works—fresh from its success of selling Inman Quarter for top dollar—is fast moving forward on its planned Midtown tower at 693 Peachtree St—the former home of Agatha Christie's mystery dinner theater and across from The Fox. The firm—a JV between Jarel Portman and ELV Associates—is seeking to build a 24-story, 150-unit high-rise residential project.
