JLB Vying For Downtown Project

A prolific Texas multifamily developer looks to be headed for another Atlanta project, even as it continues to develop one other here today. JLB Partners has filed permits with the City of Atlanta to ready land at 608 Ralph McGill Blvd in the Old Fourth Ward for a new 268-unit Class-A apartment project. JLB, which is underway with 782 Peachtree St and recently finished JLB's Chastain Gateway (here), will add a three-level concrete parking “podium” for the project as well, according to permit docs.
