JLB Partners Files for Ralph McGill Apartment Permits

JLB Partners is taking the final step toward a new multifamily project at 608 Ralph McGill Blvd. The Texas apartment developer has filed building permits with the City of Atlanta for Old Fourth Ward Apartments A and B, two five-story apartment buildings at the Ralph McGill site that will encompass 268 units. JLB, as we previously reported here, has been prolific in Atlanta, working on 782 Peachtree St and having just completed Chastain Gateway (shown).
