The Thrilla on Ralph McGilla is still on the move. In what could easily win the award for best corporate name, owners of 720 Ralph McGill Blvd have filed permits with the City of Atlanta to start construction on a new apartment project along the Beltline. Details are few in the filing, but the structure will be between 50k and 250k SF. We first reported here that owners were seeking a mixed-use designation for the property.
