Gables Moves Forward on Buckhead Project

Gables Residential is moving forward on its plan for a new upscale apartment complex in Buckhead. The developer filed for permits with the City of Atlanta for 530 East Paces Ferry Rd, at the corner of East Paces Ferry Road and Maple Drive. While permits don't detail the project specifically, the Buckhead View previously reported that the project will include 327 apartment units and townhouse units, as well as street-level retail. The property was picked up by Gables from Charlie Loudermilk. [BV]
