Cocke Finkelstein Goes Big in Midtown

In its quest to become a major multifamily player in Atlanta, Cocke Finkelstein may have just made its biggest purchase yet: The Solace on Peachtree. The company acquired the 18-story, 533-unit high-rise apartment tower in Midtown for an undisclosed sum. But Cushman & Wakefield's Mike Ryan, Telly Fathaly, Brian Linnihan and Jeff Walker helped arrange a $43.6M acquisition loan for the 96% occupied tower. C&W's Mike Kemether, Chris Spain and Brandon Whitesell brokered the sale on behalf of Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds.
