CA Ventures has revealed the look for its two Midtown Atlanta apartment tower projects.

The Chicago developer introduced renderings for both its planned, 27-story student housing tower at Ponce de Leon Avenue and Third Street as well as a 32-story apartment tower on the corner of Peachtree and Eighth streets at the Midtown Development Review Committee meeting Tuesday evening.

CA Ventures submitted plans for the two projects late last week, its second and third development efforts in Atlanta after a planned apartment tower project in Buckhead.

The Ponce and Third site — formerly the home of the Atlanta Roman Catholic Archdiocese's Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School — is part of a high-profile pending land sale that also involves Cousins Properties, which is reportedly planning to develop an office tower on the site, possibly as the future headquarters for Norfolk Southern.

CA Ventures plans a 715-bed student housing tower near Georgia Tech that will be inspired by a computer circuit board, development officials told the Midtown development committee Tuesday, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.

CA Ventures also is pursuing a 417-unit apartment tower at 903 Peachtree St., the current home of popular eateries Bezoria and Noodle.
