Brock Built to Finish Vinings

We got our hands on permit applications filed by Brock Built Homes to develop 18 single-family lots and five 39 townhouse lots units at its in the Vinings on the Chattahoochee subdivision, a swim/tennis community in the South Cobb County city just inside I-285. Brock Built's Jack Hopkins explains to us that the neighborhood first broke ground in the early 2000s, but its completion was kiboshed by the recession. With the market coming back, Brock Built Homes acquired the remaining lots, and will now complete the neighborhood.
