Beau King Moves Forward On Midtown Condo

Midtown's newest condo project is taking the next step forward. Kim King & Associates has filed construction permits with the City of Atlanta to begin work on what is so far called 238 14th St, a 14-unit condo project just a couple of blocks from Piedmont Park.

Kim King—still named after the late developer but run by his son Beau King—offers little information on details of the project in the permit other than the total size will be 50k SF. Patch previously reported the developer plans to have covered parking for residents. Calls to Beau were not returned as of press time.
