Atlantic Pacific Boosts Multifamily Holdings Big Time

Miami-based Atlantic Pacific Cos has beefed up its suburban apartment holdings in metro Atlanta. The firm purchased four properties: the 264-unit Carrington Green and the 297-unit Villas at Southpoint, both in McDonough; the 332-unit Harris Bridge Overlook in Dallas; and the 300-unit Shiloh Valley Overlook (here) off Barrett Parkway in Kennesaw. Purchase details were not available, but Atlantic Pacific now owns more than 2,600 units in metro Atlanta.
