Here we have HMI Property Solutions and Apartment Foundation advisory committee chair John Inman, Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation's (GAIEF) Debbie Phillips, and Atlanta Apartment Association chair David Hirsch with a $75k check, which was presented to GAIEF to help fund its property management academic outreach. The private, non-profit GAIEF focuses on attracting people to the apartment industry and promoting career opportunities. This includes educational outreach to career academies and a property management program at the University of Georgia.
