Another Developer Tries Beltline Multifamily

A new residential project will soon be coming to the Beltline. Epic Development has filed permits to develop a multifamily project of around 50k SF. There are no details on number of units and whether this will be a for-sale project or rental, but a marketing flyer on the sub-acre parcel indicates it's zoned for 18 units.
