10 Largest Apartments Delivered In 2015

As the multifamily engine revved in high gear in 2015, Atlanta saw some 20 new projects deliver 5,300 new apartment units, all mainly within the confines of the CBD. Our friends at RentCafe have sent us a list of the 10 largest apartment projects to deliver in that time frame, and their current average asking rents.

10. Overton Rise

Average Asking Rents: $1,616/month
Notables: Direct access to the Chattahoochee National Recreation area and Silver Comet Trail. Saltwater pool.

9. 1105 Town Brookhaven

Average Asking Rents: $1,753/month
Notables: Located in the TOWN/Brookhaven mixed-use development. Two pools with cabanas. And a high-def golfing simulator.
