Mill Creek Targets Buckhead For Skyscraper

The next Buckhead residential skyscraper could be coming to where Promove's Buckhead office is now housed. Buckhead View recently reported that Dion Meltzer is selling a 1.1-acre parcel at 3005 Peachtree Rd, a small strip center at Peachtree and Pharr roads, to Mill Creek Residential, which plans a mixed-use apartment tower. This would be Mill Creek's third area project, including  Modera Morningside and Modera Midtown at Eighth and Williams streets, a project that will span 23 stories with 435 apartment units. It's unclear the exact size and scope Mill Creek is proposing for the Buckhead site. [BV]
