Wayfair Eyes 850k SF Henry County Distribution Center

A major online home furnishings retailer is in final talks for a major Atlanta distribution hub.

Sources tell us Wayfair inked an LOI to lease Trammell Crow Co's King Mill Distribution Park, a nearly 850k SF bulk distribution facility in Henry County. We previously reported here that Trammell Crow, under the local leadership of Mark Dishaw (on left with United Consulting's Jay Ashtiani), went spec last year on the distribution center that is being built in conjunction with Allstate and CBRE Global Investors. Officials with Trammell Crow and Transwestern (who is representing Wayfair) did not return calls seeking comment. Wayfair is a booming online home furnishings retailer, and this will be its first industrial location in Atlanta.
