Trammell Crow, Clarion Hitting Jackson County With Spec

Trammell Crow Co and Clarion Partners are steering toward a nearly 2M SF industrial juggernaut in Jackson County. The firms, in a JV, purchased more than 120 acres of land along Interstate 85 in Jackson County to build Jefferson Mill Business Park. The three-building project will total 1.8M SF in two phases, with the first phase—an 822k SF cross-dock and a 251k SF rear-load warehouse—to go spec by the end of this year for a 2016 delivery, officials say. The second 721k SF facility could go spec at a future date. This isn't Trammell Crow's first spec project this year under the leadership of Mark Dishaw (here on left with United Consulting's Jay Ashtiani). The firm is underway in Henry County with an 800k SF spec warehouse.
