TPA Eyes 1M SF Warehouse In Palmetto

TPA Group is jumping into the industrial game with a 1M SF project south of the city.

The Atlanta developer filed development of regional impact plans with the Georgia Department of Community Services for what it calls Palmetto Industrial, on the southwest corner of Collinsworth and Weldon roads and I-85 within the City of Palmetto, just outside of Newnan.

The project, just over 1M SF, will deliver by 2018, according to documents. It's unclear whether TPA will develop on spec or if it has a tenant in tow. Calls to TPA were not returned as of press time.
