A Norcross welding service and specialty electrical equipment maker is heading further north for a new facility.

AZZ Inc. has inked a deal for a 181K SF build-to-suit facility at 560 Horizon Drive, in Taylor & Mathis' Horizon Pointe industrial park in Suwanee. Cresa Managing Principal Jim Bob Taylor and Vice President Scott Hardeman brokered the deal for AZZ, while Taylor & Mathis President Hamilton Reynolds represented the landlord.

Taylor said Taylor & Mathis will develop the property for AZZ. The new facility is larger than AZZ's current one in Norcross, Taylor said.
