255 Declaration Drive, A Warehouse In Henry County, Georgia, Developed By Crow Holdings

A California smart lighting manufacturer has selected Henry County to house the  products it will have delivered through the Port of Savannah.

Feit Electric purchased Declaration Logistics Center, a freshly constructed 269K SF warehouse at 255 Declaration Drive in McDonough. Crow Holdings developed and sold the warehouse for a little more than $19M, said J.R. Wright, the co-founder of the local brokerage firm Strategic Real Estate Partners.

Wright represented Crow Holdings in the sale. Lee & Associates principals and Executive Vice Presidents Craig Viergever and Tyler Flemming represented Feit in the deal.

Feit selected Declaration given its proximity to the Georgia port and Metro Atlanta, Lee & Associates stated in a press release. Henry County is 220 miles north of Savannah and 32 miles south of Downtown Atlanta.

Feit makes products such as smart bulbs and fixtures, according to its website. The company is adding a 12K SF office and showroom to the facility as well, which will be fully operational as of June 1.
