Selig Nabs E-Commerce Shipper For Upper Westside Facility

An e-commerce shipping company appears to be taking the entirety of Selig Enterprises' Upper Westside warehouse.

Zip Ship is occupying the entirety of the nearly 100K SF warehouse at 1855 Plymouth Road between Marietta Boulevard and Chattahoochee Avenue in Midtown's Upper Westside, according to permit filings.

Selig applied on Sept. 22 for interior work permits for the building, with plans  to build offices, restrooms, a break room and warehouses for a “future tenant [that] has an e-commerce business for processing online items,” according to the application.

Officials with Selig Enterprises didn't return calls seeking comment.
