Henry County just helped boost Panattoni's development pipeline to 500 acres. The county commission approved a rezoning to heavy industrial for the second phase of Lambert Farms Logistics Park, which could see an additional 5M SF-plus of warehouse space off I-75 in McDonough. Already Panattoni, in a JV with MetLife, broke ground on a 750k SF spec distribution center on the first phase last year. The additional land now gives the developers up to 8M SF of potential industrial development there. JLL's Wit Truitt (here), Chris Tomasulo, Rodney Davidson and Reed Davis have been tapped to lease the project for Panattoni/MetLife.
