NAIBG Sells Clayton Warehouse

A year after renewing star tenant Louis Dreyfus Commodities at 1791 Mt. Zion Rd in Clayton, NAI Brannen Goddard's Mike Chambers, Jack Haden, and Brad Pope have sold the 515k SF facility to Continental Realty for $9M, on behalf of owner True North Investments, a Chicago-area industrial investment firm. Brad tells us that investors are hungry for product in Atlanta—but aren't finding a lot available. That, combined with some actual rental growth, means new development is coming sooner than later. (Time to dust off your shovels... so you can get them dirty again.)
