Majestic Realty's Mystery 2.7M SF Development Plans

Majestic Realty just filed a DRI for what it calls Majestic Logistics Center, a 2.7M SF distribution center across 341 acres at 3925 Aviation Cir next to Fulton County Airport-Brown Field.

As we previously reported, Majestic had targeted this site for “Project Jasper,” the more than 1M SF refrigerated warehouse for grocery giant Kroger. But that deal is well underway now at Fort Gillem, where Gov. Nathan Deal and Forest Park Mayor David Lockhart were on hand for a groundbreaking last summer (above). It's unclear in this filing how many buildings Majestic intends to construct. But a Wildmor Realty blog notes that the county is courting a 2.8M SF prospect.
