IntegraCore Taking Exeter Spec Warehouse in Union City

It looks like Exeter Property Group's South Atlanta Industrial spec gambit may finally be paying off. Sources tell us that IntegraCore, a third-party logistics company, is taking 353k SF at 7280 Oakley Industrial Blvd, Exeter's spec warehouse developed in 2013. The move also means Salt Lake City-based IntegraCore more than doubles the operations it has at 750 Maxham Rd in Lithia Springs. Calls to Exeter's Todd Carter and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Dave Watson (who reps IntegraCore) were not returned by press time.
