Duke Realty is going spec in Camp Creek. The developer is planning to break ground on a 615k SF distribution facility at 4909 North Commerce Dr in East Point in the Camp Creek Business Center just off I-285 near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. “Interest in Camp Creek the past 18 months has been strong with companies leasing space in our existing buildings, expanding their facilities and signing long-term leases for build-to-suit warehouses,” says Duke's Chris Brown. Officials say the cross-dock facility will deliver in January.
