DCT Unloads Two Big Industrial Holdings

DCT Industrial has unloaded two Atlanta warehouse complexes. The firm sold Eagles Landing Trade Center III, a 505k SF cross-dock facility in Stockbridge for $21M, as well as Fulton Distribution Portfolio, a five-building, 713k SF warehouse collection in the Fulton Industrial submarket, for $21.1M to an undisclosed buyer. Both properties are fully leased. Colliers International's Dennis Mitchell and Matt Wirth brokered the sale.
