Pattillo Industrial Real Estate has scored another coup in North Georgia. The firm snagged a 380k SF deal with DSC Logistics, which is taking its 140k SF spec warehouse at 874 Thomas Pkwy in Jefferson's McClure Industrial Park and expanding. Specifically, DSC is handling distribution for Cardinal Health at this location, Pattillo's Larry Callahan tells us. The deal triggered a DRI filing with Pattillo this week for the 920-acre mixed-use industrial park, already home to Kubota Tractor, which operates a 925k SF manufacturing facility and a 338k SF distribution hub there. Plans by Pattillo to extend Thomas Parkway through the rest of the park site are being reviewed by regional planners. Larry says doing so will "open up more development opportunities" at McClure Industrial Park.
