An Atlanta industrial vet is jumping over to JLL.

Brad Pope has joined the Atlanta branch of the real estate brokerage behemoth after more than 16 years at NAI Brannen Goddard, handling both landlord and tenant rep work in the industrial sector, with more than $1B in transactions. At JLL, he is joining the group led by Wit Truitt.

Most recently, Pope represented High Street Realty in leasing more than 100K SF of deals at Perimeter East Industrial Park, including an 80K SF deal with Rinchem Co., a chemical management company, at 3195 North Lanier Parkway and a deal for 40K SF at 3245 Colonial Parkway with Atlanta Rotomolding.
