Brad Pope Fills Decatur Warehouse Project

To the new owner goes the spoils. High Street Realty's recent acquisition, Perimeter East Industrial Park, has logged a boatload of new deals during the past few weeks, including an 80k SF deal with Rinchem in the 3195 North Lanier Pkwy building (below), repped by Lavista Associates' Scott Horowitz and NAI Brannen Gooddard's Brad Pope (far right along with Mike Chambers and Jack Haden).

Brad was instrumental in selling the 775k SF industrial park in Decatur to High Street from Pattillo Industrial Real Estate in 2014, and has since remained its leasing agent.

Other deals recently inked at the park include Atlanta Roto Moulding, which leased 40k SF at the 3245 Colonial Pkwy building (repped by Wiant Commercial's James Wiant), and a 60k SF renewal and expansion for Trident Distribution at 3050 North Lanier Pkwy.

"Unfortunately, I am effectively out of space at Perimeter East," Brad says. "I wish I had more space available because it would definitely lease."
