The Look Of A New Buckhead Hotel?

Will this be the future look of a new Buckhead Village hotel? Curbed Atlanta got its hands on a proposed rendering for a 200-room four-star hotel that would sprout at the site currently home to a string of single-story retail stores occupied by Chuck's Firearms and The Fish Hawk outfitters at the corner of Peachtree and East Paces Ferry roads, across from the Buckhead Theatre. The façade may even feature "an animated marquee-style signage band similar to Times Square," officials with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty and Holland Architectures told the online publication. Other proposed features would include a rooftop restaurant that would overlook the proposed Charlie Loudermilk park, 31k SF of retail, 40 private residences with their own atrium and elevator, and an all-weather infinity-edge swimming pool with retractable roof and wall.
