The Georgian Terrace Getting Big Makeover

Sotherly Hotels is sprucing up its new iconic Atlanta asset. The hospitality operator reports that it's underway with a $5.9M guest room renovation at The Georgian Terrace, and had already spent $3M. Renovations are expected to finish by October. Sotherly purchased the 326-room Midtown hotel for $61M this past April.
