An Atlanta investor is hoping to turn three small buildings overlooking Interstate 85 in Buckhead into a $22M windfall.
Atlas Interests is putting 2665-2695 Buford Highway on the market. The property is a three-building office complex that recently signed a lease with Grady Health for a women's and children's clinic for 22K SF. The site, near the corner of Lenox Road and Buford Highway, overlooks Interstate 85 in Buckhead.

Atlas purchased the portfolio in 2015 from a family trust and has since worked on back-filling empty space. Those deals include the Grady Health System, AMEC Foster Wheeler and the Brookhaven government.
Underwood said he expects to garner interest from other family office or REIT investors who will be attracted to the long-term cash flow from three big credit tenants, but could envision a major redo on the four-acre site.
“There's obviously a future redevelopment there," he said.
