Adams Capital, which provides valuations for businesses, must have seen plenty of value for itself in staying put. The firm decided to renew (early) its 3,420 SF lease at 600 Galleria Parkway. CresaPartners' Hansell Roddenbery repped Adams, while Childress Klein's Connie Engel did the honors for the owner, the State Teacher Retirement System of Ohio.
