Securities Centre Has New Owners

Atlanta Property Group, in a JV with Angelo, Gordon & Co, is set to buy One and Two Securities Centre in Buckhead. The two-building, 522k SF complex off Piedmont Road, is being sold by special servicer C-III Asset Management, which picked up the asset after its foreclosure in 2011, according to Commercial Real Estate Direct. The JV likely paid in the low $50M range for the property, half of its peak 2006 value when Argus Realty Investors paid $101M. [CRED].
