Lance Patterson NabsWestside Retail Buy

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group's Lance Patterson (here at our event last month with The Creations Group's Cherie Ong) assisted Westbridge Partners in the purchase the retail component of Elan Westside, a 200-unit, Class-A apartment complex with 11k SF of retail. It was snapped up from Greystar with financing from Hamilton State Bank for an undisclosed sum. We hear Westbridge has already inked deals with Cooks and Soldiers' restaurant concept, Kane Boutique fashion store, and a national coffee shop.
