Comcast's HQ Put Up For Sale by PMRG

The paint has barely dried, but owners of Comcast's newest Peachtree Corners HQ have put the office building on the market. We got our hands on email marketing material from PM Realty Group, which is helping sell 6200 The Corners Pkwy building, the 144k SF mid-rise building that was the former home to Wells REIT (and is being sold by a Wells REIT affiliate). As we first reported here, Comcast inked an 88k SF deal to base its HQ in the wooded campus facility earlier this year, part of a larger real estate play by the telecom giant, which also includes a massive presence at SunTrust Park with its own building, as we reported here. The building is fully leased, mainly to Comcast. PMRG's Chip Roach and Steven Clifton have been tapped to market it, but were unavailable for comment.
