Latest Tech for Online Leasing

Dan Mihalovich, a 30-year Bay Area commercial real estate veteran, just launched griddig—a new online tool to save time and money in the office leasing process. Users can calculate space needs, search and compare listings and occupancy costs, and draft and close LOIs. The industry needs disruption, says the former Cushman director of office leasing. Owners and their brokers are missing a transparent Web-based way to control and manage their building, space availability and pricing information, he says.
