PR Firm To Take 43k SF Sub-Sublease At Helmsley Building

5W Public Relations has signed a sub-sublease on two floors of RXR’s Helmsley Building.

The 43k SF spread is ready to go, with 150 employees set to move in today. The sub-sublease is good through 2020, the Commercial Observer reports.

The growing PR firm will leave its former 39k SF digs at 1166 Sixth Ave. The firm’s slate of clients includes talk show host Wendy Williams and software firm SAP.

Norman Bobrow & Co’s David Badner repped the PR firm, and CBRE’s Silvio Pertiello repped Lebenthal Wealth Advisors, which is sub-subleasing out its former space, which it has subleased from HSH Nordbank since 2014. [CO]
