NGKF Beefs Up NYC Headquarters at 125 Park

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank is bulking up its headquarters at 125 Park, inking a 15-year lease with SL Green that gives the anchor tenant domain over a quarter of the 26-story, 573k SF building at 125 Park Ave. NGKF is ending the year on a bullish note, favoring an expansion over a plain renewal of its lease. The deal increases its turf by some 31k SF, giving the real estate advisory firm more than 133k SF in the 1923 masterpiece, which looks out over Grand Central Terminal. TD Bank also signed a 15-year lease in the building, SL Green announced, securing 51k SF of office space as well as 6,000 SF of ground floor retail space for a new bank branch.
