Getting Creative with Small Spaces

New York Office
Placeholder

Need to catch a breath from the NYC hustle? We snapped Breather NYC manager Packy McCormick in its NoHo location in Windsor Management’s 121 E 27th. For $25 bucks/hour, you can have a private room decked out with hip furniture, WiFi, and a little peace and quiet for business meetings, photo shoots, or even a nap.

Breather started in June 2013 with a $1.5M venture capital raise and now has five spaces in Montreal and is building fast in NYC. It just signed a lease for 1,050 SF in Isaac Chetrit and Ray Yadidi’s building at 22 W 48th, which we snapped this morning and which will become three Breathers overlooking Rockefeller Plaza, and is negotiating on two more spots with major landlords. Breather, which can work with as little as 250 SF, enables landlords to make use of smaller and hard-to-lease spaces.
