Apartments At Related's New UES Luxe Tower Hit The Market

The “graciously proportioned” apartments at Related’s 230-unit luxury rental tower The Easton have finally hit the market, and the prices live up to the hype in its marketing materials.

The luxe apartments at 205 East 92nd St, “inspired by the East Side’s grandest apartments,” start at $4,400 for one-bedrooms and go as high as $16k for a four-bed, three-bath, Curbed reports.

Those may be priced to move, however, coming off such a strong year for NYC multifamily in 2015, despite major doubts about the apartment market in 2014.

The 47 units available to the winners of HPD’s affordable housing lottery will go for as low as $607/month. Lucky them.

All of the apartments feature nicely laid-out floor plans, with features like eat-in kitchens and master suites. There’s also a playroom for toddlers, a study area for teens, an on-site gym and housekeeping services. [Curbed]
